Which personal data do we process from you and for what purpose?

Personal information

We need your contact information to inform you about courses that you want to follow with us, the issue of correctly qualified diplomas and to have contact with each other.

We have the personal data so that we can check who you are (identification obligation) and communicate with you. At the conclusion of a (training) agreement we retain personal data to execute the agreement so that you can follow the training with us. This information includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and date and place of birth.

If you follow a training course through your employer, we collect this information to inform your employer about your presence and absence and to draw up a correct invoice. To ensure that we send the correct invoice to the right party we have personal data.

Financial details

We keep this information as long as it is necessary to execute the agreement and for a maximum of five years thereafter. In addition, we do not destroy this personal data until the invoice has been paid and in the event of a procedure for the duration of this procedure. However, longer legal requirements apply. terms we adhere to. A different term applies to certain financial data. For example, a fiscal retention period of seven years after the end of the contract.
We keep this information as long as it is necessary to execute the agreement and for a maximum of five years thereafter.

Fraud

As soon as a fraud investigation takes place, we provide personal data to investigating agencies. We have a legitimate interest in processing these personal data to ensure you and our security and to prevent abuse.

Sometimes we are therefore obliged to provide personal data in a criminal investigation. We only do this if we are legally obliged to do so.

Contact for quotation or other questions

You can request a quote for a course on our website. By completing this form, you give permission to approach you and we have a legitimate interest to contact you.

For this we use your name, number and e-mail address.

We keep this personal data until your request has been settled and up to 6 months thereafter in case you raise further questions afterwards so that we can immediately get your informative information.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your PC, tablet or mobile phone through an internet page. This happens immediately when you visit our website.

We only use the cookies on our website to make our website function better.

You can delete these cookies yourself by deleting the browser history within the settings of your computer.

How can I do this?

You can easily submit a request as referred to above to us. If the agreement runs through your employer, you must send this request to your employer.

The privacy statement may be adjusted by us from time to time.

We do not process personal data outside the EEA.

Dutch law applies to this privacy statement. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent judge in Arnhem.
